Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to digital subscriptions and services sold directly by Aelion Technologies Network LLC.
- Trials: Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
- Monthly plans: Cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds.
- Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds are not offered after 14 days. Within 14 days, contact info@aeliontechnologies.com.
- One-time services: Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
For DBAs that process payments independently (for example, Afro Explorer), please refer to the specific product’s refund and cancellation policy on that product’s site.
