Vendor Terms

1. Onboarding

Vendors agree to provide accurate company information, maintain required licenses and legal authorization to sell, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Content & Listings

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of descriptions, pricing, media, and compliance with intellectual property laws. We may edit, hide, or remove listings that violate policy.

3. Payments & Fees

Fees, payout schedules, and settlement rules are defined per product or DBA. Chargebacks, refunds, and disputes may be netted against current or future payouts.

4. Prohibited Items

Illegal, unsafe, or restricted items or services are not allowed. We may remove listings or suspend access where we reasonably believe there is a policy or legal breach.

5. Support & SLAs

Vendors must respond to customer inquiries within reasonable timeframes and honor the applicable refund and support policies published for the relevant DBA or product.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate vendor access for policy breaches, abuse, legal or regulatory reasons, or to protect customers, the network, or infrastructure.
